Identity: Values

Values: The values listed below represent the foundation of this project’s ideals. They act as a basis for development and standards to test decisions against.

01. Empower
> The nature of the office is one of free choice. The students/ workers are free to develop their own workflow, which they will fight, modify and refine until it functions adequately. They won't allow failure, as it would be a waste of such a great opportunity, As for clients, the skill, tools, methods shown to them by the students should be an eye opener, and will create a feeling of potential and opportunity, essentially a whole new way of working to consider.

02. Interaction
> The success of the projects within each situation rely on adequate interaction, student to student, student to client, student to project, and client to project. Only in this way will solutions created be valid. Open lines of communication are the foundation for the office’s success.

03. Collaboration
> Truly the core. People working together to reach a common goal, using all the skills they command to follow through. The real key here is finding a way to balance and utilize each person's abilities; many times in ways they didn't know they could, to solve problems.

04. Sustainable
> A network of people, be they customers, professionals, workers, interested students, etc. the system is set up to check and balance itself. Actively pursuing a way to perpetually spread the methods and ideals exemplified without losing sight of what they stand for.

05. Learning
> This model represents the value of being versatile and malleable, it can sustain and perpetuate, within it's means, as long as it never stops addressing the changes in its environment. Whether the changes are to it's business environment or the community surrounding its offices, these changes create opportunities to find a better fit through analysis.
